Rates & Fees

Session Rates

My standard rate is $175 for a 60-min session. I have room for a few sliding scale spots to ensure accessible care. I am happy to send “superbills” with all the necessary information your insurance company requires to process your claim at your convenience.

Insurance
I accept United Health Care (Kentucky & Pennsylvania residents only) and Aetna Insurance (Kentucky residents only).

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and payments made securely through the client portal.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions will be charged the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services. This estimate will be provided prior to beginning therapy and upon request at any time.
